Toxic cloud alarms Buenos Aires

A toxic cloud, caused by a fire at the port of the Argentine capital Buenos Aires, causes panic and leads to the evacuation of buildings: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-latin-america-20635007

Here is the resultant pinkish-yellow sky taken with my camera in Caballito, 25 minutes from the centre. Also included is footage of the afternoon's meteorological downpour that managed to overshadow the events of the morning. Victims of the first being forced to leave the city; the second entrapped by flooding.
